Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "shopping cart" to view your order and postage details, then click on the "check out with Paypal" button which will then take you to Paypal's secure Express checkout where you will be required to enter your address, phone number and card details. You will then be redirected back to our shop to complete the checkout in a few simple steps.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to purchase items?
No you do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to shop with us.
Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?
No you do not have to register with us in order to make a purchase, unless you wish to pay by cheque, in which case you will have to register and create an account with us.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, but please register a account with us and add the new delivery address to your address book.
Can I collect my order from you?
Most items can be collected from us. But please check with us before making your order as some of our items are dispatched directly from our supplier and not held by us.
A convenient collection date and time will be arranged once the order has been made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Solo, American Express, Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. You can also pay using your Paypal account balance if you have an account with them.
Your card will be charged on the same day as the order was taken. If there is a problem with your order then full or partial refunds are possible at no cost to you (you will be contacted if an issue arises).
Customer wishing to pay by Cheque in GBP Sterling will have to register an account with us in order to do so.
Orders paid by cheque will not be despatched untill payment has cleared approx 3-5 working days after we receive the cheque.

Postage, Packing and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
No I'm afraid we no longer ship internationally.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
On the rare occasion that items go missing in the post, a full refund will be given 15 working days after the expected delivery date, or a replacement item if available sent . (Royal mail don't consider items to be lost until this time)
What happens if I'm not in when they try to deliver?
If you are not in when your order is delivered a "Sorry we missed you" card is normally left with instructions on where to pick-up your parcel or arrange re-delivery.
Re-Delivery
If an item is returned to us due to you not accepting delivery, or not collecting it within the given time scale on a "Sorry we missed you" card, and you ask us to re-deliver the order an additional delivery charge will be payable.
