Postage and Packing
Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Parcelforce. A signature may be required upon delivery.

The following prices are our basic 1st class and Standard Parcel rates.
Upgrades to Special Delivery and Courier services are available.

Once you have added items to your shopping cart you can view the shipping/postage cost using the Shipping Estimator at the bottom of the shopping cart.
Delivery Schedule
Please note that delivery times are from when your order is dispatched and not from the time it is placed.
We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
UK orders will normally arrive in approximately 2 to 5 working days, depending on delivery method selected.
Re-Delivery
If an item is returned to us due to you not accepting delivery, or not collecting it within the given time scale on a "Sorry we missed you" card, and you ask us to re-deliver the order an additional delivery charge will be payable.
Shipping to a different address
If you want your order sent to a different address than the one your card is registered to, you will have to register a account with us. This will enable you to add up to three addresses to your address book, which you will then be able to select during the checkout process after interring your payment details on Paypal's secure server.
Returns Policy
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Girls and Boys Construction Toys.co.uk you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken).
Products that are returned in any condition deemed by our company as unacceptable will be returned to the original shipping address. Items deemed unacceptable will not receive an exchange or refund of any kind.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping fee's applied at the time of purchase nor will we refund the cost of any shipping charges applied upon returning products to our company or in the exchange of products unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Return a Product
1. Please send an email to: Returns@GirlsandBoysConstructionToys.co.uk for Returns Authorization, or use the form on the "Contact Us" page.
Please provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem.
2. Post your goods back to our Customer Services Department. Our returns address is:

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Lost items
On the rare occasion that items go missing in the post, a full refund will be given 15 working days after the expected delivery date, or a replacement item if available sent. (Royal mail don't consider items to be lost until this time)
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about an order that you have placed online then you are able to contact us and cancel it at any time before the order is shipped. We do try to ship orders within 24hours of receipt, all customers will receive a email when shipping has occurred. If the order has already been shipped you will be liable for the return postage and a refund will be given once the item arrives back with us. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping charges.
